High-density Resistivity Method

The high-density resistivity method, commonly known in the industry as the high-density DC electrical method, is the core geophysical means for integrity testing of geomembrane impermeable layers after cover soil/backfilling in landfills, tailings ponds and sewage ponds. It is incorporated into the industry standard "Technical Specification for Leakage Damage Detection of Impermeable Geomembrane in Municipal Solid Waste Landfills CJJ/T 214-2016".
